About Me:
I have invested the last 8 years into my own health and fitness, starting with losing 60kg in fat. Strength training, powerlifting, crossfit, functional movement, cardio and conditioning are all a part of my experience as I'm incredibly passionate about all sports and styles of exercise. The fitter, faster, stronger, healthier I became, the happier I was. I fell in love with bettering myself daily both physically and mentally.
I take pride in educating my clients about mental health, a positive mindset, nutrition, flexible eating and various types of training as I believe they are all key factors in attaining any goals you have. Bettering yourself, your health, should be enjoyable, something you look forward to. Waking up knowing it's another oppportunity to invest in your own happiness, elevating your quality of life.
My goal is to inspire positive change through teaching and coaching, using my own journey to encourage, engage, equip others to believe in their possibilities, surpassing set limits.

My goal is to help as many people as possible with their goals, I feel genuine happiness when I watch a client achieve their goals. I aim to help my clients gain confidence in the gym and I want to give you as much knowledge to you as possible. I offer face to face PT sessions within the gym, however I also offer customised training programs where you will get access to a personalised app, guidance around nutrition and weekly check ins to make sure we are on the right track with your goals.
I have been training at the gym since I was 17 and didn’t really know to much about the gym or how to use any of the equipment so I know what it is like being new to the gym and not feeling confident in the gym or not knowing what to do. I love helping people overcome these barriers and help people become more confident within the gym.

Hi, Ι am Chris. I have been in sports all my life from being a kickboxing athlete, to resistance training and snowboarding.
Through my rehabilitation from a major snowboarding injury and multiple related surgeries, combined with my background in physiotherapy, I adopted a more wholistic approach in exercising and recovery. All this nurtured my passion for helping people to establish healthier habits in their day-to-day life, as well as being in their best shape to achieve better both physical and mental health.
Together we’ll work towards setting realistic goals based on your personal preferences and needs that will help you reach your full potential safely through proper form, minimising the risk of injuries which lead to long-term success in your health and fitness journey.

About Me:
I have always had a deep passion for the gym and bodybuilding, considering it not just a hobby but a lifestyle. My journey started in Far North Queensland playing rugby league and soccer in my early years, but eventually, I focused solely on soccer and even had the opportunity to travel overseas for the sport. However, my love for weight training and fitness grew alongside my soccer career. I played soccer from a young age, starting at under 6s and continuing until I decided to step away at the age of 20. During my schooling, I also played schoolboys rugby union. Around the age of 15 or 16, I began training around a gym, and that's where my fascination with weights and bodybuilding truly took off. Over the past 8 years, I have been immersed in the world of fitness, consistently working with weights and expanding my knowledge and experience.
