Having received my certificate 4 in 2010 I have been full time in the industry for 6 years. During this time I have learnt from some of the industry's biggest names including Thomas Lilley, Scott Goble, Chad Wesley Smith, Chris Duffin and Sebastian Oreb. My power lifting team boasts 3 official and 3 unofficial world records, 8 Australian records, as well as several top 10 Australian powerlifters and a PNBA physique bodybuilding champion. As a coach my focus is on quality of movement and fatigue management. Combining hypertrophy and powerlifting ideologies to help people from all demographics and experience levels to build more muscle, create more strength while maintaining mobility.

I found my passion for fitness and health at the age of 14, where years of consistently unhealthy habits had lead to me becoming quite overweight. I quickly switched the old, unhealthy habits with new, dangerous ones; being diagnosed with an Eating Disorder later that same year.
