I have a diverse training history over the past 30+ years in the fitness industry, having trained at state level and competed in AFL, gridiron and Olympic lifting. I specialize in high intensity training, having taken many successful body building, fitness and bikini athletes to Australia wide award winning success. I take immense pride in seeing my clients reach their personal goals, whether it be weight loss, getting their body back after baby or rehabilitation. My clients vary in age, but always have the same goal-to be their best possible self, which is what i dedicate my days and nights to.

About Me
My love for health and fitness all started when I was a competitive equestrian rider. I used to take racehorses who had finished their racing career, teach them to jump, compete them at shoes then sell them. Whilst I was doing this, I was working breaking in young racehorses I soon learned that I had to be strong and fit if I wanted to succeed at this, that's when I discovered weight training, I loved the way that mv physique was changing, so I then surrounded myself with familiar minded people, who taught me to eat correctly. From then on I never looked back. I have always surrounded myself with people who inspired me & who would never ask me to do something they couldn't do themselves George Kontorinis gave me the best start to training I could have ever wished for. He taught me correct form/ technique and "why" we do things like we do. I have learned a lot along the way, but still maintain you can only get better by 'miles in the gym' and always be open minded. I love passing the knowledge onto my clients, teaching them "perfect technique " to keep them as safe as possible and prevent injury. I've had a background in competitive sports from a young age, playing basketball at a district and national level, which was cut din short after having 4 knee reconstructions. Weight training, the gym and nutrition became my saviour. I went on my own weight journey losing over 20 kilos myself and that's where I found my passion for health and fitness. As a registered nurse, my coaching style is highly holistic and I believe in total transformation of the mind and body. I offer online and in person coaching of nutrition, training and lifestyle that is completely personalized to each client. I believe in challenging yourself to be the best version of you at every opportunity, and this is reflected in my coaching style. I encourage my clients to train with absolute max intensity, every session, of every rep and this is exactly how I train myself too. Growing up I was always interested in physical activity and enjoyed playing a variety of competitive sports. Athletics, volleyball, AFL you name it I've played it! After finishing high school, I completed my certificate III and IV in Fitness at South West Regional Tafe. I then started my personal training career, and soon realised whilst working with clients that I wanted to offer more than just the physical training. This led me to completing a Certificate in Precision Nutrition Level 1 and Holistic Lifestyle Coach (HLC) level 1 through the C.H.E.K Institute.
