Fitness has always been a passion of mine and I embrace challenge!
I have competed in 6 bodybuilding competitions and have put my mind and body to extreme lengths when I was casted on to The Australian Survivor.
During my schooling I completed my Cert 2 in Sport & Coaching, this then led me to Bunbury South West Institute of Technology to complete my Cert 3 !
After having a few years working and traveling, the fitness industry was calling me!
In 2017 I began my bodybuilding journey which also led me to finish my Cert 4 in Fitness. My love for personal training has been burning ever since !

Hi, my name is Lewis I am originally from Scotland, I have been in Australia since 2008 and in Busselton since 2021.
Coming from a sports related background (soccer & boxing) I have been in and around sports/health and fitness most of my life in one capacity or another. In recent years I have put my passion to work and learned from some of the best minds in this industry to bring those methods and experiences to my clients.
My passion lies within seeing people realise their potential and I thrive in helping my clients build the necessary habits and behaviours to make that happen.
I have also worked in the FIFO industry and have a young family of my own. Through life experiences I have learned how to integrate these things into a fit and healthy lifestyle. In the age of social media, the health and fitness industry is a minefield, my aim is to simply remove the confusion and deliver your results.
