My passion for fitness started in High school. I was raised in southern Oregon. I played football, basketball, baseball and was in the gym regularly. As I grew older physical fitness became a priority in my life. Being in the military pushed for a better stronger version of myself. As injury’s occurred overtime, now I workout for my own wellbeing and overall a healthy life style. Going to the gym is something I look forward to everyday. I enjoy training all age groups. I love seeing clients reach goals they never thought they would obtain. -Every body is different and should be treated differently. I believe physical fitness builds Character, dedication, resiliency, and self-confidence.
