Jessica started out in the fitness industry back in 2007 as a Personal Fitness Trainer. In 2015, Jessica joined the World Gym Texas City family as a Personal Trainer and later transitioned into teaching several group fitness classes. She loves group fitness because she is able to help more people than she could previously. She is married and has two handsome boys which allows her to relate to the challenge of trying to get in shape after having kids. One thing she will work to help you realize is that you have to take care of yourself before you can truly give your best to others. Jessica is now the Group Fitness Coordinator for World Gym Texas City!

AJ has been in the fitness industry since the age of 18. He has a broad spectrum of experience including gym management, personal training, sales, as well as directing group fitness programs. AJ has been a part of the World Gym Texas City team since the summer of 2016. He currently instructs Kickboxing, Step & Shaping as well as Abs & Butts here at World Gym!

Brandon Group Fitness Instructor

Brandon has been a SPIN/Cycle instructor for over 12 years and has been a part of the World Gym Texas City family since its opening in 2015! Brandon began teaching SPIN after suffering from knee injuries playing basketball that resulted in several knee surgeries. As a result of teaching SPIN, his quads have been strengthened and he no longer suffers from knee pain. Brandon loves what he does, and seeks to bring high energy to you in every single class!

I fell in love with group fitness after surgery. Front and center in my first Zumba class and constantly wanting a challenge, it wasn't long before I discovered the desire to share the motivation and confidence that working out in a GroupX setting provides. At first I was nervous that I was not pretty enough or "in perfect shape" to instruct a fitness class but then I realized everyone is "enough." I started teaching BODYPUMP in 2011 and ZUMBA in 2010. I can't wait to share my enthusiasm of getting safe, effective, and most importantly FUN workouts with everyone.

Pam Mossey, mother & grandmother, has embraced the fitness lifestyle since the age of 17. At 21, she joined The Health & Racquet Club of Galveston & was a member for 15 years. After Hurricane Ike, The Racquet Club shut down & she became a member of Total Fitness where she ran a successful Kettlebell class. She has a Personal Training certification through the National Institute of Preventative Medicine. She has a passion for fitness & understands its benefits. She fell in love with Kettlebell training & now is able to teach what she loves!
